Placing an order
Choose your products and variants, add them to your cart, and review the quantities, delivery address, shipping option and total before completing payment. Submitting an order through the payment button creates an obligation to pay. We send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us promptly if any order details are incorrect.

Products and prices
The selected variant, quantity and product description identify what you are buying. Please read the ingredients, directions and storage information on the product page and packaging. Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the store and at checkout. GreenBotanica OÜ is not VAT registered. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment. We will contact you if we discover a stock or pricing error affecting your order; we will not substitute products or charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the affected payment.

Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and shipped from Latvia. Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown before payment. Please see our Shipping policy for details. US orders are sent through Latvijas Pasts on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with applicable US import duties and taxes included in the checkout total.

Cancellations and returns
Please contact info@greenbotanica.com as soon as possible to cancel an order before dispatch. Our Return and refund policy explains the 14-day withdrawal right for eligible consumer orders, return costs, the return address, refunds and applicable exceptions. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods.

Complaints and dispute resolution
Email info@greenbotanica.com with your order number, a description of the problem and the remedy you request. We will respond in writing within 15 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, eligible consumers may refer it to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee: https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee. Consumers with a cross-border EU dispute may also seek help from their local European Consumer Centre. You retain the right to bring a claim before a competent court.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is used in connection with the store and your orders.

Applicable terms
The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively change an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protection or other rights that apply to you under the law.
