Shipping policy

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and shipped from Latvia. We ship to all EU member states.

• Latvia: standard delivery €2 or express delivery €12.
• Other EU countries except Ireland and Italy: tracked delivery €5 up to 250 g, €6 from 250.01 g to 500 g, or €9 from 500.01 g to 1 kg.
• Ireland and Italy: tracked delivery €8 up to 500 g or €11 from 500.01 g to 1 kg.

The final shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before payment. If checkout does not offer a rate for an order over 1 kg, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery to EU destinations is usually estimated at 3–6 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; some destinations and carrier delays may take longer. Order preparation time is additional. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is also an estimate.

We pack botanical products in protective packaging. The envelope or box depends on the size and contents of the order. Where tracking is available for the selected service, we provide the tracking details after dispatch.

US orders are shipped with Latvijas Pasts on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We pay the applicable US import duties and taxes. They are included in the total shown to you at checkout, so you will not be asked to pay import duties or taxes on delivery.

Customs processing and carrier delays can affect international delivery times. For destinations other than the US, any applicable import charges will be stated at checkout or in the destination-specific shipping terms before a destination is enabled.
