Thai Cooking Spice Kit

Three separately packed Thai aromatic powders: lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), yellow galangal root (Alpinia galanga) and makrut lime rind (Citrus hystrix). Mix them for soups, curries and pastes, or use each spice on its own in marinades and sauces.

Choose 3 × 20 g, 3 × 50 g or 3 × 100 g; each of the three pouches has the selected weight. Keep sealed, cool and dry.
