Nutmeg Mace Blades

Whole dried mace blades are the aromatic aril of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans). They offer warm, sweet-spicy and floral notes with a hint of citrus.

Use sparingly in biryani, baking, chai, curries or mulled drinks.
