Natural Food Color Powder Set

Three botanical powders for colour and flavour in baking and drinks: blue butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea), tart red roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and fragrant green pandan leaf (Pandanus amaryllifolius). Each plant powder is packed separately; no synthetic dye or filler is added.

Whisk a little into batters, frosting, rice or drinks and adjust to taste. Butterfly pea can shift toward violet when citrus is added. Natural shade varies with the harvest and recipe. Choose 3 × 20 g, 3 × 50 g or 3 × 100 g. Keep sealed, cool and away from sunlight.
