Known as krachai in Thailand, fingerroot adds warm, earthy depth and a light citrus note to curry pastes, soups and stir-fries.

How to use

Add ½–1 teaspoon to soups, curries or stir-fries, or blend into a homemade curry paste or marinade. Add during cooking and adjust to taste.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch tightly after opening.
