Whole dried black goji berries that release a vivid violet-blue colour in water. For gentle infusions, lemonades and creative drink garnishes.

How to use

Steep 1 teaspoon in warm water at 60–70°C for 5 minutes. Add a little lemon to shift the colour towards pink-purple, or use a few berries as a drink or dessert garnish.

Origin: Northwest China. Packed in small batches in Latvia.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch tightly after opening.
