How to use

Start with ⅛ teaspoon. Blend with honey, cacao, coffee, yoghurt or plant milk. Its strong flavour is quite different from ordinary ginger; plain water may emphasise its bitterness.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch tightly after opening.
